Each semester, students will have the opportunity to provide feedback on each of their instructors. Listed below is a link to an on-line evaluation form for EACH instructor that you may have this semester. Please click on the link for each of your instructors, choose the class you have with that instructor, and submit your evaluation for that class. You may only choose one class at a time. Please complete one evaluation for every instructor & class that you have. Your feedback is held in the strictest confidence so please be honest.
